STEP 2
In your first month, your Doer will undergo a 30-day intensive training program. They’ll learn 150 tasks including digital marketing, tech, graphic design and business admin, plus the tools specific to your business.
STEP 3
While your Doer is busy in training, you’ll join the With your Onboarding Manager, we will conduct a 360-degree analysis of your project and goals, including using metaphysical data science methods co-developed by us, in order to develop an effective strategy. We will create a 90-Day Outsourcing Game Plan, unique to your business, so you can lead your Doer with clarity and confidence.
STEP 4
Meet your Virtual Assistant(s) via a video call with your Onboarding Manager. Begin planning a strategy for your launch and the first 90-days working together. As you continue working with your VA, they will have access to ongoing marketing training while you will have ongoing support from your Founder Success Team.

Traditionally, business process outsourcing (BPO) was created to help companies reduce their operational costs by moving specific types of jobs, such as IT or call center customer service, to offshore where hourly rates are significantly lower than in tier 1 developed countries.
The downside of how outsourcing works, in that case, is that you had to hire specialists to fulfill 1 type of role that focused on 1 main area of specialization. For example, web development.
